Completion Challenge

Starting in 2010, I've made an annual challenge for myself to see how many games I can complete over a year. The challenge is meant as a way to keep me focused on completing games, as I'm not very good at it. Each year's completions and score will be shown at the bottom of this page, which will be updated each time a new game is added.

By default, completing a game (getting all achievements for 360 or GFWL, or simply reaching the end credits for all other platforms), is worth one Completion Point. If a game took 40 hours to finish, it is automatically worth an extra completion point. After 40 hours, a bonus completion point is awarded for every multiple of 24 hours the game took, except the 48 hour mark. This is to make the tougher, longer games more worth the effort, and to even things out, as several shorter games could be completed in that time.

Starting 2011, retail RPGs are worth an additional 2 completion points, simply for being RPGs, meaning no game from the genre can be worth less than 3cp. We'll see what (if any) effect this has on my ability to complete RPGs. (XBLA / WP7 RPGs get 1 bonus completion point)

Scoring is broken into five achievement tiers, based on CP totals:
Bronze: 12
Silver: 24
Gold: 32
Platinum: 40
GODLIKE: 50
